42BBS is a very popular Atari supporting board, taking its name from the answer to 'Life, the Universe and Everything'. The Sysop is Colin Fisher-McAllum (of the Falcon FacTT File) - the BBS acts as an online home for the FFF and their AtariPhile magazine. Alongside AtariPhile, 42BBS supports a large number of established organisations, making it a first-choice for Atari news and information.
Antony Lacey is Sysop of All At Sea, a BBS aimed at both Atari users and Sea Scouts. It is the only Atari supporting board in Coventry, UK. It is a very lively BBS, which has a good selection of networks along with free internet email addresses and Usenet access.
NeST is a highly active Fidonet technology BBS network, dedicated to the Atari and co-ordinated by Daron Brewood. The majority of nodes are in the UK, but NeST also has Reigons in many other countries. The worldwide echomail areas include support for many Atari programs, publications and organisations. The networked file echoes are mainly concerned with administration. NeST also supports Psion palmtop computers and Red Haired Girls (!).
The Tavern's site is currently under construction. When completed it will contain the following... Tavern BBS information; Sysop profile; Network information; software downloads and up-to-date file lists.
